1. Room Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the timeframe of your cancellation notice relative to your scheduled check-in date:
- 7 Days or More Before Check-In: 90% of the booking amount will be refunded (10% retention fee applies for payment gateway charges).
- 3 to 6 Days Before Check-In: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Check-In / No-Show: No refund will be issued.
2. Peak Season & Festival Bookings
For bookings during peak festive seasons, long weekends, New Year celebrations, or public holidays, booking amounts are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.
3. Convention Halls & Event Booking Cancellations
Due to high demand and scheduling constraints for convention halls, banquets, and outdoor wedding lawns:
- Advance payments for event hall bookings are non-refundable.
- Date modifications may be granted subject to hall availability and management discretion if requested at least 30 days prior to the event date.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 7 to 10 working days from the date of refund approval.
5. Early Check-Out Policy
If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the booked departure date, no partial refund or credit voucher will be issued for the remaining unspent nights.
