1. Room Cancellation Rules
- 7 Days Notice: Full refund minus 10% administrative charge.
- 3 to 6 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Within 48 Hours: Non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling your stay dates is subject to room availability and must be communicated at least 5 days prior to check-in.
3. Event & Banquet Cancellations
All advance payments for convention halls, lawns, and corporate event spaces are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.
